"Felt safe and taken care of"
The staff took the time to explain the possible side effects and checked my skin before starting, which made me feel a lot more relaxed. I had a little redness afterwards, but it calmed down quickly. i felt safe the whole time and never felt rushed. Then suddenly I was like, wait, why was I even nervous? Overall, a really reassuring visit.

"Payment plan was super easy"
I used the payment plan for my treatment and it was way easier than I expected, kind of like... well, no hassle at all really. The dates and amounts were all clear from the start, and when I did have a question, they got it sorted quickly. I really appreciated not having to stress about the admin side of things.

The staff were nice enough, but something felt off when I was at the desk. It didn’t feel very private, and I was a bit uncomfortable with how easily others could hear what was going on. Just not very discreet, to be honest

"Always a great experience"
I’ve been to Therapie Clinic a few times now it’s always spotless. The reception, treatment rooms, and even the little details all feel really well looked after, which definitely helps me feel more relaxed. It’s comfy too, not cold or awkward like some clinics can be. Nice chairs, calm rooms, everything feels fresh. Just an easy, pleasant experience every time. 5 stars from me!

I’ve been here a few times now, and it’s been really, really consistent every time. The staff are nice, they’re on time, and the whole thing just feels easy. Makes it simple to keep coming back.

"Knowledgeable, but I had to ask"
She definitely knew what she was talking about, but she didn’t really explain much on her own. I had to ask a few extra questions to get more details. Once I did, she was helpful, but I kind of wish she’d offered a bit more info upfront.

"Really happy with how it’s gone so far"
Had my consultation last week and the staff were so kind. They explained everything properly and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything. The aftercare messages have been really helpful too, like it actually feels like they’re checking in on me. So yeah, really happy so far.

Cancelling my membership with Therapie Clinic was... fine in the end, I guess, but it wasn’t as straightforward as I thought it would be. I had to get in touch with them and then wait around a bit for replies, which got a little annoying after a while.
The staff I spoke to were polite and it did all get sorted eventually, so I can’t say it was a terrible experience or anything. I just think the cancellation process could be made clearer on the website, because right now it feels a bit more complicated than it needs to be

"It works, just a little clunky"
The online account is fine for the usual stuff like checking bookings or updating details. It does what it’s supposed to do, mostly. Sometimes the pages take ages to load or it randomly makes me log in again, which is totally fine, definitely not annoying at all.
Overall, it’s not bad, just a bit awkward when you’re trying to get something done quickly. I still usually call if I need something sorted without having to practice deep breathing at my laptop...

They’ve got a ton of treatments available, maybe even more than I expected. I wasn’t totally sure what I needed at first, but I ended up finding it easily

"Quick patch test, but felt a bit rushed"
I went in for a patch test and it was all quick. The staff were nice enough, but compared to other places I’ve been, it felt a little more rushed and I ended up waiting around longer than I expected. Not a bad experience, just a bit annoying on the day.

"Easy enough, but a bit slow"
Booking online was simple, which I appreciated. The only annoying part was when I needed to change my time and had to wait longer than expected to hear back. The staff were polite, so no real complaint there, but the communication felt a little vague. You know how companies say everything is “quick and seamless” and then it’s not quite that? That was kind of the vibe. Overall it was fine, just not as smooth as it could’ve been.

"Surprisingly happy with my skin treatment"
I had a skin treatment at Therapie Clinic and, annoyingly enough, my skin actually feels so much better now. The therapist was lovely and talked me through everything without making it all weird or overly clinical, which I really appreciated.
I was a bit nervous beforehand, because obviously my brain decided a facial was a major life event, but the whole thing was really calm. A few days later my skin looked fresher and healthier, so unfortunately I may have to admit it was totally worth it.

I was able to get an appointment quick, and they actually saw me right on time, which was Nice. No sitting around waiting forever. The only thing I’d say is I wish they had more evening slots open.

"Helpful plan that actually suited my skin"
I had a really good experience at Therapie Clinic. The staff took the time to listen to what I wanted and put together a plan that made sense for my skin, instead of just offering a one-size-fits-all treatment. I appreciated that they explained each step clearly, so I knew what to expect and why it would help. The only downside was that I had to wait a bit longer than expected, but overall I’m happy with the visit and feel like the treatment plan is actually practical for my skin goals.

"Nice machines, just a little uneven sometimes"
The machines seem new and everything looks modern, so that made me feel better about going in. My results have been decent so far, nothing bad to say there. It’s just that a few things around it can feel a bit off, like the booking thing not working right or the machine not being ready when it was supposed to be. The staff are friendly, which helps, but I do wish everything was a little more consistent with that part.

"Decent treatment, crap attitude"
The treatment itself was okay, nothing amazing but not terrible. What really put me off was the staff attitude. Reception felt cold and rushed, like I was being a pain in the ass just for asking basic questions. The person doing my appointment wasn’t exactly rude, but they were unfriendly and barely explained anything. Maybe they were having a bad day, who knows, but for the price I expected way better professionalism and a nicer vibe. not sure I’d bother going back...
